Washed my car. Google said 36F out. Hands freezing. My car disagreed with the 36F claim, it was definitely a little colder - didn't anticipate this:

While drying the car a very small piece formed on the hood and I was like "Oh god, my...clearcoat is failing?"

Be carful doing that! Had that happen on the side of the car and the ice melted and fell causing a decent scratch!

I did the same thing although after the car started freezing I took the party into the garage. Was able to successfully dry her off.

Of course the car went back to looking like a mess after I took her out for lunch...felt good having her clean for an hour at least.

I replaced the chrome 328i badge with a black one this morning and it looks much better! I also have the active exhaust with black tips otw and once installed I'll have no more chrome, black is better <3
