That's the pre-LCI or LCI display?

I want to buy a 8'8 screen but I can't get a cheaper one. I'm from Spain.
Anybody knows or shell it?

Cheers.

Edit: already bought it.

Putting my 2 cents in...

I have a '16 F36 with 6.5" screen. I sourced an LCI 8.8" CID and confirm it will work on this model year car.

As far as coding is concerned, I only did this one:
HU_NBT > 3001 EXBOX > DISPLAY_VARIANTE = breites_display

The other code was not necessary as it was defaulted as 10.25_1280x480 resolution.

Thank you OP for the post. It made this DIY bloody easy! And the money saved was phenomenal!

Ditto, my F34 also had 1280x480 set as the default resolution, eventhough I had the 6.5" screen.

Being only $650 if you wanted A larger screen, Navi and android features in your car may be an inexpensive way to go as an oem screen alone can be almost half of that alone. The functionality and overall quality may not be all there since its so cheap (relatively)

I doubt anyone has tried this on here, but if you do post about it!

Plus OEM screen may not void your warranty, this screen definately will.

I purchased the LCI screen 9387453 for $400 from Germany on Ebay and the guys over at ************ did all the coding remotely for me! Next, I am going to try the Idrive upgrade. Anyone try that one yet?

Wanna trade?

Cheers folks,
First post, whohoo!!

I managed to do it as well.
here are the specs of my car:
F31
built: 10.2014
HU_ENTRYNAV (Nav business)

I installed a 65509292245 (f2x 8.8 CID).unfortunately the backplate of the screen didn't fit in my dashboard. So I left it out for now:

looks kinda shitty to be honest.

Taking a look at the plates,. I was thinking about cutting the F2x backplate in order to make it fit, as the differences are pretty obvious.

Now, before doing so,
is there anyone who has a f3x 8,8 " CID backplate, and wants to trade it with my F2x CID backplate?

I'd even go first in hopes that I won't get scammed.

Chers,
Ross
