Wheel and Tire set up help

Hey guys,

Its been a while since I've done anything to my car and need some help. I put on my friends 20 inc rims recently and it looked awesome, but the wheels rubbed badly. I think the tire set up with a 20inch rim 285/30/30? Not 100% sure on the offset.

Basically I wanna try to run 20 inch rims, semi aggressive stance but I'm lost to the mechanics of the wheel and tire combo. I'm running on H&R Sport springs and dont plan on changing out the springs anytime soon.

I know its kinda vague, but any info would be really helpful guys.

You'd need to find out offsets and wheels widths to get any accurate advice if not it'll only be shots in the dark.

Take a couple of minutes to look around here on the forums and you will find many setups with different size wheels/offsets/widths/tire sizes/suspension etc... See what you like and make a decision on what would work best for you. Its really that simple.

Obviously to know why your friends wheels are rubbing we would need to know more about the wheels. If you are looking for a set-up that won't rub, then you use mine as a guide.

I am running:

Front: 20 x 9 ET 35 with 245/35
Rear: 20 x 10.5 ET 42 with 275/30
