I just installed this emulator and all am getting is a pure red circle with a speed digit. No no-sense MPH or KMPH, Maybe this a new version.. I got it from the Chinese seller on eBay.

Did the specs of your order said anything of the displayable units like km/h and/or mph? Most chinese products arent be able to display your values and a metric converter isnt foreseen. Maybe you have a dip switch inside the SLI emulator which is to set between km/h and mph, thats all I could say from here.

I dont think the 6wb displays mph or kph. My factory ordered one with SLI doesnt show either of them.

Oh, I hadnt looked for this special SA. Here I thought this was the extended instrument cluster, which is essential to display the signs into it.

Does anyone know if coding changes for this mod can be done with the Bimmercode app. I realise you can't change VO through the app, but can the required changes be done in Expert mode?

Buy the thing off ebay, then simply vo code. Very simple if you did coding before. If not I recommend read the beginner guide, this is a really helpful skill to have.

I haven't found a chinaclone that works on CIC, only on NBT. The only one I know sells them for CIC is from the "customretro" site above.

On another note, does anyone know if the one from customretro will work with 6WB?

I have got Chinese SLI emulator from Ebay. The installation is pretty easy. True P&P
I have added 8TH to VO and coded Kombi & HU_NBT. But Nothing on dashboard...on F30
any idea?

This is Useless in Puerto Rico. That storm ripped off almost every speed limit sign LOL..

Then this will work perfect as it doesn't actually read the road signs. It reads it from your loaded map data.

I have received my Chinese emulator (no dipswitches). Could someone please send me the coding instructions?

By the way, I have a 6WB (full digital) cluster on my F30, (placed last month). I would be glad to report on functionality of this unit once I complete the coding/install.
