Is there an easy way to make the Angel Eyes blue?

I can't say if it can be done, but it's probably illegal anyway. Typically blue lights are not allowed at all on any vehicles except for police cars.

There are aftermarket color changing modules which you swap with the OEM controller modules. The angel eyes' color can be changed on the fly with the smartphone app. You can find such modules on aliexpress
