Will luxury line chrome whiskers with new fog lights grill fit a base model f30?

Will this fit a base model with fog lights if I change the fog grills? I don't see a reason why not, just looking fir some feedback if someone has alredy done it. I assume I would need to remove fog lights before removing the fog grill itself?
