I don't (aluminum doesn't show water spots), but if I did, I'd use a microfiber cloth like with the rest of the car, wringing out the water as it gets saturated.

Microfibre / BigBoi BlowR.
But I am curious about why you ask - they are by far not as susceptible to scratches and water-spots as your vehicle.... Whatever you find adequate to use there, you can use on the wheels.

Pro blow plus microfiber to catch it what runs out. The 666m style wheels have so many nooks and crannies (plus black paint) it’s really the only way on those with the hardness of water here.
For 400m wipe with microfiber was fine though I’d oft hit them with leaf lower to run water out of the bolt holes anyway.
