BMW ConnectedDrive 'No Connection' Error

Hi there,
I'm experiencing issues with ConnectedDrive on my X3. The Apps and the remote services work only intermittently. Most of the time they fail saying 'No data connection'.

Every time the apps stop working if I go to the debug menu for the mobile connection ( ConnectedDrive --> App info --> Check) it would say 'DATA CONNECTION - UNKNOWN'.

https://photos.app.goo.gl/5ueqqMjPTpq1WVum8

After a couple of minutes, it comes back up again.

As a result of this, all the remote services from the app are only a hit and miss.

Anyone else having similar issues? any thoughts on this?
Thanks
Dilan

There's an option called 'update services' under connected drive options. Is that you meant?

Can someone confirm if ConnectedDrive works fine for you guys without issues in Melbourne Australia? I'm trying to figure if it's my car, mobile carrier or BMW servers.

Emailed local BMW team. The friendly operator created a ticket with Germany team.

This morning before 24 hours it started working without interruptions. Hopefully it stays the same . But it was good and quick response from BMW team. Thanks
