Any idea what bumper this is?

I recently bought a used 2013 F30 335i and it came with an aftermarket front bumper. It looks similar to the M-Sport bumper but definitely isn't OEM. I've also wanted to buy an M Performance front lip and i'm not too sure if it will fit on this bumper. Does anyone know the name/brand of the bumper and if the front lip will fit on it? Thanks in advance!
