Considering the orientation (and angle) of the engine in relation to the downpipe… the most likely culprit is valve cover gasket failure.

There is a built in tray to collect some of this oil before it spills onto the exhaust. Have you checked here? Very easy to see where/what Im talking about from the passenger side of the engine compartment.

Don't forget to check the valve cover for hairline cracks. Not sure if the FCP Kit comes with a new one but I have read numerous threads here of people doing the vcg and after buttoning up, oil was still leaking due to a crack in the vc.

Yeah thanks man I’m gonna tell him when he does it tomorrow to take a look at the cover itself to make sure it’s still in good condition. Also I’m going to have him look at the vacuum pump seal too I heard they can become a problem over time. It’s my daily so I still have to drive it to and from work until tomorrow do you think that could cause any other issues for me?

I actually didn’t have time to get the fcp euro package otherwise I would have. It makes more sense to change all the gaskets while apart already but I had to settle for my local auto parts store after calling 12 different stores 😂 I’ll update you guys tomorrow after the install
