Thank you but that’s partially incorrect, because I bought it as a CPO I had to pay the $750 maintenance fee to activate it. The new owner would get this free of charge since I paid the fee and it can now pass to the new owner without an additional fee.

i had a 16 without mppsk and now have a 17 with it...mine needed it
