Rough idle with air conditioning on

As soon as I turn on my air conditioning, I can feel the car shaking at idle. The revs fluctuate by a couple hundred RPMs before settling down after 5-10 seconds despite being fully warmed up (oil temps above 200F).

Keep in mind that I rarely drain my battery... I don't like using accessories in the summer because I prefer warmth over freezing cold A/C.

Anyone else have the same issue?
