!! Need Front Right Strut, Mount, And Spindle Replaced !!

So I went to BMW for an alignment because my car has been driving like shit and it turned out as stated on paper:

"Front Right Camber is out of spec and strut is starting to push through spindle. Will need Front Right Strut, Mount, and Spindle Replaced"

Dealer stated its because of potholes but I haven't hit any pot holes recently.

Worst part is my car is on a lease and he said it is not covered by the standard 3 year coverage. AND IT costs upwards of $2500+

Anyone with similar experience wanna help out
I want to go in for a second opinion somewhere to make sure im not being hustled.

-Im in NYC i can file a pothole claim but dont know how much they cover
-How much should this repair cost typically?
-He said I can go through insurance and it wud be no fault but my deductible is 1k?

Thanks Guys hope everyone is having a good holiday week

I agree. It's best to get a second opinion from a reputable, independent shop.

It's like déjà vu to me !!

2 weeks back, I had the same issue while I was trying to do my alignment.
Same right hand front wheel camber setting was totally off !

Send in to dealer twice and they came back to me to say that "it is within specs" !!

I went for independent workshop for 2nd opinion and was shown that the front shock lower housing was bent, thus causing the wheel to tilt inwards with very negative camber.

Shitty quality !!
