Help with coding in Maidstone / elsewhere in Kent?

I have a 2-month-old 330D, M-sport X-drive and would like to activate enhanced BlueTooth. I have (half-heartedly) tried to download eSys but get confused :-(
Anyone nearby to Midstone who could help, please?

It was I that wrote that I did not understand the cmessage "Bump" made by the member Meds!

The use of 'Bump' within a forum, is to keep the topic active and at the top of list, I also means others have an interest in the topic or they see it as an interest to all.
