help me with tyres pressure f30 2014

Hello and welcome!

If you open your driver side door, there should be a placard on the body/door jamb with recommended tire pressures.

For bar is 2.3 to 2.7

2.5 bar is fine all around.

Or you can staggered it to 2.3 bar front and 2.5 bar rear

These cars are designed for slightly higher pressure rear than front. So raise rear to 2.7 - 2.8 if you leave front at 2.5. You can experiment with high pressures like 2.7 front 3.2 back and then see what feels good. With higher pressures your tires usually last longer and car consumes less fuel but you will have more noise and rougher ride.

When you say "these cars" are you referring specially to the 320d, or are you referring to all F30's? I have a 2017 F33 440i convertible and the door placard and the user's manual call out for 36 front/41 rear

I meant here all F3x but I think almost all BMWs have recommended pressures higher rear than front, even with square wheel sizes. Your 36/41 PSI = 2.5/2.8 bar.
