The car is in Vegas and has no mods.

Former BMW demo car that I acquired at 8400 miles.

Mineral white over black Dakota leather (with oyster highlight piping!)

Convenience, Premium, and Driver Assistance packages. Active blind spot detection, Auto cruise control, Nav, Park distance control, HUD, CarPlay, and heated front seats. Windows have California legal tint.

43,895 miles, miles change a little each week as I use the car (I'm retired, so not a lot of miles).

Excellent interior condition, the usual assortment of rock chips from ~44k miles of driving in the desert SW. Good tires (~14k miles on them) with lots of tread (I can take measurements). No accidents. No curb rash.

Hauls a ton of stuff (as much as our 2019 X3 — it holds a ton) and has huge rear seat legroom for your kids/parents/people you like enough to let ride in your car.

Maintenance up to date. I have records from the time I have owned it as well as the carfax from when I bought it.

Currently running Akebono ceramic brake pads with tons of life. Have a nearly new set of BMW pads as well.

Paint protected with Avalon King Armor Shield IX ceramic coating. Love this stuff.

I used the car for general transportation and put a lot of road miles on it during the pandemic driving from Carlsbad, NM or Santa Fe, NM to Vegas. It gets 33+mpg at, let’s just say, enthusiastic speeds.
