F33 roof with Carly app.

Has anyone got their roof working with the Carly app on their f33. I can’t seem to get mine working with the key fob? Tia

Not sure if it can be programmed. I bought SmartTOP module, super easy to install and works just fine.

Mine has comfort access and roof operation works for open and close from key fob by holding the button during operation. I've also fitted the SmartTop which allows one press of the button for full operation of the roof as well as other functions.

I believe it cannot be done if you do not have comfort access from stock.
My E93 had comfort access and I had no issue opening and closing the roof & windows via key fob but the F33 is limited to just rolling down the window via the fob.
Your only option is the SmartTop module from what I’ve gathered.

Comfort access has to be fitted for the coding to work, otherwise it is only possible with a 3rd party solution like SmartTop

SmartTop is great, easy to fit and so nice to just open and close with one push and do it at higher speeds on smooth roads.
Pricey at around £333 but you can always sell it on at a good price if you change the car.
