Low Coolant Message

Unsure if anyone can help, I keep getting a Low Coolant message on my Idrive.

I have replaced the Coolant Tank as I suspected the level sensor had failed but it's still showing up.

FYI it's a F30 330d. I haven't lost any Coolant and I have previously had the EGR cooler recall done. Also the connector seems to be ok.

Could the new coolant tank & sensor have to be "coded" to the car like a new battery?
