As the speaker saga continues they have my car in for a few days. They have given me a 220D cab to enjoy the weather in. I have burnt my head. Other than that, things I like.

It's a convertible.
Nice design.

Not too sure.

It is sluggish
There is a huge blindspot
The business nav is painful
Odd pseudo dash, no cover and led dials/pointers
No reversing camera.
Business Nav with normal BT
Quite noisy, not sure if its road noise or the engine (yes roof off will make a difference)
Small knob.

I have no idea how long I have the car but hopefully over the weekend for some more head singeing. Well, my car not ready yet they have raised a Xsara (Citroen) report. Now the fire at the Premier Inn has resulted in Dick Lovett being closed so therefore, weekend here we come, Suthern Spain looks good

Yes - I have a F30 with HK, I have been back 3 times, it's a 67 and the front dash mid/tweeter resonates on many notes. It is there and even the master tech at Dick Lovett confirms it shouldn't be there. I am now on my 4th visit to repair it. The last statement was that it was a design issue, I contacted HK who said *()*&.

I know have a promise that it will be rectified. How I have no idea but loving the roof off

Well, today, 1 week later I received a call from the service manager, a good guy. BMW have asked the service department to replace all the mid range speakers : it's not the speakers but hey ho, more open top motoring ahead 😊

So, collected car today, 9 speakers replaced, noise still there. I have to wait 2 weeks to allow the speakers to bed in. The noise will still be there after 2 billion years.
