Front bumper CF Fin not fitting properly

Hey guys I bought these Carbon fiber canard fins off eBay and it seems like it's not fitting all the way anyone know how I can fix this? The seller is saying it fits fine on other cars and that the lower front lip is the problem

It's eBay. So I only expect 90-95% fitment. Rarely will things fit perfectly. But you are unhappy so return them and get your moolah back.
