How do I connect my android via enet cable to recognize the car? I have the enet cable and the ethernet to USB-C adapter.

Or do I need to buy the Bluetooth adapter?

I'm trying to code my car via BimmerCode.

My android phone (OnePlus 7 Pro) is not compatible. It doesn't show Ethernet options.

I just ended up buying an lightning-Port to Ethernet adapter and using an iphone 8.
