I’ve just bitten the bullet on a G20 M340i and am now deciding whether to sell my F30 privately or trade it in. I’m after some comments from those of you that may know more than me when it comes to putting a price on my car.

F30 M-Sport, 2013, with 27,000 km on the clock. Excellent condition. Opti-Coat.
Oil change every year regardless of BMW protocol.
Free BMW servicing until April 2023.
M-Adaptive Suspension, M-Brakes, HUD, Surround View, Professional SatNav, Heated Front Seats, HK Sound, Sunroof, Rear Blind.
BMW OEM rear CF spoiler and OEM Diffuser.
JL Motoring V2 CF front splitter in excellent condition.

I reckon you'd be lucky to get 30k for a trade but could sell privately for at least 35k. Easy 5k+ for a bit of effort.

Yeah, that’s ballpark, I guess.
The dealer has offered me 30k and I can keep the car until the new one arrives in March/April (or sell it in the meantime). So it must be a good example of a 335i.
I was hoping someone would say nearer 40k, but that’s just me hoping because of the low mileage. C’est la vie.
It’s been a great trouble free car and I’ve enjoyed my time with it. Still love that silky six!
But time to move on to M340.
