Renewal due Sunday, currently with AXA so after laughing at their 'Renew at this Price' rang them to ask them if they could match the £100+ cheaper quotes from comparison sites and also if they fancy matching Admiral's £25 cashback covid/loyalty bonus. Guess what they said?

Needless to say I have renewed with another company!!

Got my £25, just cancelled my renewal after a stupid price they quoted me.

I rang them after the comical renewal price to cancel and it was getting to the point where the guy knocked off 10 quid here and there and I said just forget it. Magically he then found a customer loyalty discount of a 120 odd quid which actually slightly beat the best comparison site.

Bunch of crooks but 1 phone call a year is worth it.

Totally agree, done that for 5 years with admiral but this year they couldn't get the price down at all. Shame to leave but I'm not paying double the cheapest price.
