6m Turner bushings

Anyone have them? They have 2 and it's hard to tell if their both needed? Ones 30 and the other is 80? Thinking it's a nice upgrade without a complete short shifter kit?

One just includes the sleeve the other just needs to be pressed in. I'm wondering if anyone has installed the one that needs to be pressed in? Was it easy? Can you get to it without removing driveshaft?
