I know ceramic coating is all the rage right now, but how about Nu Finish 1 year Polish ? Its actually a sealant layer on top of the clear coat and promises 1 coat will have 1 year protection. The stuff is like $12 here and enough to do a F30/32 like 7 times. I heard the shine is not as good, but protection wise, its up there with ceramic coating. The huge price difference for a bit less shine and lasting a full year is quite tempting. What do you guys think?

Nu Finish has been around and marketed since the mid 70s. I used it a couple of times on my 1970 240Z and said: "No thanks"! Nothing new or beneficial about it. Very old technology and, in my estimation, not worth using. The newer off-the -shelf name auto waxes and sealants are light-years better in all areas of performance.
