I do not recommend bimmertech. If you can get the kit from someone else and code it then go with them. They do not offer support as promised. My car systems were updated at the dealer as a courtesy (I didn't request it). My NBT_Evo ID4++ was no longer communicating correctly with my 6WB cluster. I waited for my new NBT Evo ID6 to arrive before contacting bimmer-tech. They couldn't find my order with order number provided and then refused to program my cluster again to make sure everything was communicating correctly without charging me a programming fee because of the retrofit. Now I'm curious if they would have charged me to fix the programming after the dealership messed it up to begin with.

Always good to have both sides of the story and in this case I agree with BimmerTech, purchasing a product doesn’t entitle you to free lifetime support if you then decide to make another upgrade?

Except all I was asking them to do was to re-enable the option to have NAV displayed on my HUD as they disabled it because the NAV wouldn't work correctly otherwise. But it doesn't matter because the other company that did the retrofit for me had the problem corrected with no issue.

Anyway, I’m glad you got the NBT Evo retrofit coded properly now.
Then I guess that is where the misunderstanding was. I didn't need the EVO6 coded as I already had it programmed. I wasn't sure if there was another module that was coded that disabled my NAV from showing up on my HUD. Sorry for the confusion.
