Break Pad reset keeps coming back as unsuccessful

Thank you Billfitz!
I ended up using the old sensor cable (connector really) and the new sensor, by cutting both cables and soldering the new sensor onto the old cable, and success! Was able to use the trip/mileage button to reset front brakes  . |
