I'll get a tow hook for times I want to put the plate on. I didn't like the little thing sticking out so the hideaway is no more.

Looks great! Did you repaint your bumper for that reason only?

Well, it wasn't fully repainted, it was blended very close to the fender, but for all intents and purposes basically all the paint is new and all of the clear is new, so its like a repaint, and yes, my main reason was so I could get rid of the plate.

Also, the bumper had some work done predelivery that was poor and I wanted it fixed.

Yes the front lip is kinda perplexing me tho, not sure what to do. I don't like how the splitters of the OEM sort of ruin the bottom line of the bumper, so I might get one and paint the splitters Estoril Blue and the lip itself gloss black, just sucks because if I don't like it I need to pay to have it painted a different way.

What made you remove the hidden plate? how hard was it to modify the grill section to fit it?

i just ordered the selma lip and have thought about having the splitters painted carbon black (to get some metallic in there) and the lip portion estoril blue.

Retrofitted the LCI A/C trim, love it.

It's a nice little touch. Making the cable was pretty easy using heat shrink. The light does go all the way around, my pics are just horrible.

As in getting new wheels?

I've considered it, put I don't even really have a place to put these and I am hoping to get an M in the next year or so so I don't want to have to deal with selling them afterwards.

No it would be an M3, and it would only be a few hundred more per month. If I plan well and do well this year it really won't be a stretch, I would only get it if I am 100% good financially.

I guess it depends on your options. If you go crazy you'll see an 80-90k car in the making.
