I don't think that we should be able to make posts that claim/suggest that one tune is better than another without owning and running both on the same engine.

It's misleading to suggest that BM3 is a better tune because you can recover some money when you sell the car. My experience with BM3 wasn't great and I personally wouldn't recommend it over MHD.

I fought 4-5 different problems with BM3 OTS maps that were finally resolved when I loaded up MHD. I'd rather lose the ability to resell my license than drive with a tune that isn't as refined.

Yup, great point. And just to clarify i never say one tune is "better", i always speak in terms of reasons why a given person should get one or the other for their specific situation/goals.

Maybe one day, but right now i don't feel like spending the 5-6 hours that would be required to make a worthy post on it; it would need to be as comprehensive as my datalogging thread and its not necessarily a low effort endeavor.

MHD has "Torque act. clutch nm" as a graph option ... basically a built in Dyno... they use the sensor on the transmission... you can tell exactly what is going on with each mod/change that you do.... It's really cool to compare to other peoples logs.... "thejeremyman9" has posted logs for each stage... you can look at the TACN and see exactly where the strengths of each map... It's very very cool.... I have not seen that on BM3...

Then you have
Auto logging (everytime you are aggressive it logs)

Wifi dongle.... this is soooo convenient... also updates are extremely fast also works with XHP...

So convenient using the phone... no internet connection needed...

The Guy that wrote MHD also does custom tunes for your car... just send a couple logs to him....

The convenience of the phone was the biggest one for me... just to easy..

Has engine temp option... can pick normal, sport or race to keep the motor cool running... I run sport and car feels peppy all the time due to lack of heat soak...

MHD (which is in Germany) was created for long runs on the Autobahn hence it being a little more conservative than BM3... but if you Run the 95 map with some Boostane from Amazon Prime (last for 4 tanks per 32oz bottle using 93ocatane...$30).... I bet it's just as aggressive if not more than BM3...on average each map is 30+/-nms more per stage as you go up... I'm probably going custom tune once I finish modding.... so at that point it comes down to the tuner...

Also has E20map for EWG... E30map for pneumatic

Also Pure Stage 2 map....

If BM3 had the TANC option we could see exactly which is more powerful....

In the end... I'm very happy.... but I do like the transfer option of BM3

We do not.

Please note, bm3 licenses are transferrable only once. If you buy a used one, you won't be able to transfer it to a new vehicle if you get another car or sell it to someone else.
