So the question I have I think is pretty simple but want other BMW guys to chime in. So currently I am running the style 361 in 20x8 et 36 in the front and 20x8.5 et 47 in the rear with 265/30zr20 all around. I don’t have any rubbing issues or anything at the moment. I bought the car like this and not sure if it has been lowered at all. I like the height and wheel well space just fine. I want a more meaty tire and was looking at going with 18x9 up front with et 35 or something close and 235/45zr18 up front (26.3 x 9.3 tire) and 18x10 in the rear et 45 with a 265/40zr18 in the rear (26.3 x 10.4 tire) these tires match up height wise with my current ones and the front tires are 9.3 vs 10.4 wide on my current ones. I would think I would be perfectly fine but just want to verify this. Any thoughts?

Hey guys, I have a F32 435i. Was curious with others experiences with fitment. It's currently stock suspension. I'm personally looking for (idk the proper terminology) the wheel and tire to be flush with the fender with no rubbing. Eventually plan on lowering with coilovers. Just seeing what people's thoughts are on going wide like the examples listed or should I stick to thinner wheels? I've been looking at rohana rfx11s front 19x8.5 and rear 19x9.5. Any suggestions? Thanks!

For reference, I have NO fender-work, stock camber arms, and on AirLift 3P suspension. I will be going to KW's this weekend so I'll modify this post as needed.

For each spec, play with camber as needed. For most of these I held -2.2 to -2.5 camber all around. Being on coilovers and air suspension is recommended just to get the right fitment.

My recommended tire is Achilles ATR Sport 2, some sizes offered may vary, I get mine from Walmart and Amazon. These tires stretch well, hold PSI, have good grip in both wet and dry conditions, and most importantly - they are CHEAP! However, relative to other tires, they are slightly stiffer and louder as you should expect from a tire from this price point. I've had 6 (soon to be 7) sets of wheels within the last 18-24 months and I have ran Achilles on all of them at one point.

Fender To Lip:

19x10 +10
19x11 +30

215/35/19
245/35/19

Aggressive (My Favorite Setup!):

19x9.5 +15
19x10.5 +35

235/35/19
265/30/19

Aggressive (Square):

19x10 +20

245/35/19

or

18x10 +25

255/40/18

Meaty Tire:

19 or 18x8.5 +35
19 or 18x9.5 +35

245/40/19 or 18
275/35/19 or 18

I hope this helps those looking for the "right" fitment. Adjust any sizes to your liking. If you are curious how the following sizes may fit or compare to your current wheels, click here! Any others with wheel/tire recommendations, feel free to reply.

NOTE: If you are on air suspension, take into account that your front air strut extends 15-20 mm passed the normal spring distance. In other words, running the meaty setup I mentioned prior may rub your bag and pop it (happened to me!). PM me on here or DM me on Instagram: @brandon_rramos so I can help you out!
Very helpful thank you !!

That's the basic spec, if you want to be a little more aggressive do 19x9.5 +35 square with a 255/35/19.

Hello guys, just about to pull the trigger on some wheels but wanted to know if the size 18x9.5 +27 square wheel setup would fit with maybe 255/40/18 tires all round lowered with a basic set of springs?

Would I be able to run 19x9.5 +35 and 19x10.5 +35 if I am on lowering springs on my F30? Would that even look good?

I really think you'll struggle with inner clearance up front with a 9.5 ET35

You can but it may poke out with stock camber.

I just bought 9.5 + 38 wheels square on 255/40/18. Seems doable with a front spacer so just sorting that out as we speak. Then a bit of a camber to look flush and it'll be quite aggressive. I'm hoping

I have a 440i drive and I was planning on going with H&R sport springs, was wondering if the Agressive 19” squared setup would work in terms of not rubbing after lowering?

I’m currently on my winter setup with 255/35/19 et 35 squared and I’m rubbing on full lock out without being lowered, I’m sure it’ll get worst when I do lower the car. Unless i run spacers? (Somewhat new to the whole fitment thing)

Thanks in advance!

Consider running 18 or 19x9.5 ET +38 with a 245/35/18 and it should be fine on springs. You may need a small spacer up front to clear the spring

Will a 20x9j with an offset of et38 square set up fit a 335d xdrive? Car is totally standard.
