Cheap TPMS sensor from ali

Hi guys just got a set of four cheap tpms sensor's from ali.
These are for a set of winter alloys I've had refurbed.

Is it correct the nylon and metal washer go on the outside of the wheel?

jsut a quick update. the tyre fitter sorted it out. all working perfect.
