CPO Warranty Questions
I was reading online about the more specifics about what is and what is not covered by the certified pre owned warantee. Under part if the vehicle upkeep the exhaust was listed as not having coverage. Does this mean that if i do a resonator and muffler delete, my warranty cant be voided because the part has no warranty anyways? How could a muffler and res delete void warranty?

Modifications do NOT "void" your entire warranty - this has been stated over and over again in this forum. Any issue that could be caused by a specific modification could be denied warranty coverage for that specific issue, but the rest of the vehicle is still covered. So if you delete your resonator and a steering angle sensor fails, warranty covers the replacement of the sensor. If, on the other hand, you swap out your turbo for a larger unit, install a catless downpipe, add a tuner that pushes boost beyond 15 PSI, add a meth injection system, and then your transmission fails, that's not going to be covered.
