Automatic kick from p to d?
Hello when I start the car and change from p to d i feel like a kick? What is problem?
From d to r nothing. Or from p to r. Only when I move to D. Thanks in advice. |

That could just be the car entering drive. Since we have torque converters, once the car is in drive, power is always being transmitted. This is why you can creep forward in traffic when you partially reduce brake pressure.
This is also how launch control works. You mash your foot on the brake to hold the car still, floor the gas to build power (which the brakes are now holding back), and let off the brake to accelerate. |

If it happens immediately after starting the car it could be the RPMs haven't settled down, which takes a few minutes in warm weather, longer in cold weather.

Noup and when I drive and change from p to d. I wait always when I turn on car 30s. What is your suggestion? Everything else is ok. Good shifting entc.. only the problem is from p to d.
