CPO 340s and options

Noticing an increase in CPO 340 dealer inventory and prices for low mileage 2016-17 to start getting closer to mid 30ks

Time to price my n55 competitively cash out on my equity and move into one ? I love all about the 340 Msport - ultimately would love one with the m performance package but never see any optioned like that.

The 2019 m340 looks amazing but by the time prices drop and CPo that is 3-4 years old available too long too wait. Also I don't like the new gauge cluster at all!!! Why didn't they keep it same as the m5 which is gorgeous.

If competitive price is a major goal and you need a car soon, then 340 with B58 engine would be a good choice. I transitioned from 335 with N55 to 440i GC with B58 engine. Very happy.

Very happy with my 2018 CPO 340i msport. Granted I could of waited a little longer to see those below 40k prices. But I couldn't pass up on the very low miles and tanzanite blue color

Honesty the only thing I don't like on the f30 is how the volume button is on. The right side of the steering wheel- it's best on the left.

And toggling between drive settings is tacky with that button. I like the e90 better for those things... and the steering of course

I prefer it on the right. Left hand is for steering, right is for shifting, idrive, entertainment etc. M buttons on M cars are also on the left. Basically, placing volume on the right is confusing because now it's on the left AND right for no good reason.

Agree about the volume controls. If I'm going to use my right hand, the dial is just 8 inches away! Much preferred it on the left. Was even thinking of rewiring the steering wheel to move the controls...

I have it on the left for one of my other cars. It just doesn't make sense for a UI to have these two buttons that far apart on opposite hands. Think of it this way, if your right hand is too busy to reach over and adjust the volume, then where is it? It's on the wheel right? That's where the volume controls are.
