Sold my car so some parts are available to sell:

F80/82 M Steering Wheel with M colors stitching and airbag...not sure if it has heating element as my car didn't have that option so never figured it out. Again, this is a steering wheel from M car not an M Sport one but it will work with non-M car as well except the M1/M2 buttons. Asking $800 plus shipping if you need it shipped.

You can always pull off the trim to see if it’s heated, just check for the wire. Since it’s all leather I’d assume it is though.
