435d slow

So I just bought my 2015 435d f32 2 weeks ago. After a couple of days I couldn't get used to the drop in power from my e92 335d (running about 430 BHP with hybrid turbos) so I opted to get the 435d mapped by evolve.

Once there I handed over the car. Three hours later they handed me back the keys and a dyno showing the car had only made 290bhp standard and 350 mapped (typically 320 standard and around 380 mapped) I did notice the dpf had around 31g of soot mass at the time and have heard this can effect the performance but surely not by this much? Is there any common faults I should be looking at to get this fixed as evolve offered no advice what so ever

Thanks
