My 2012 320D displayed a warning message that the rear indicator was failing.
I noticed that both the mirror and rear amber indicator bulbs (right side) are flickering and wondering what would normally cause both to flicker? Is this water damage? Not sure where to start with getting it fixed.

When you say flickering do you mean flash more rapidly? If so it indicates(!) that a turn signal light at that side of the car has failed.

Hi, I mean flickering as in struggling to light up properly almost like a lightbulb that’s about to go out in your house. The speed of which it “flashes” is still the same.
