Hello guys.
I'm new on this forum and have problem with my car I used F30 n47 120kw 2012y and this year I changed timing chain with water pump thermostat and belt on 272XXX km Water pump is SKF and thermostat is BEHR. How are coming cold days in December I traveling 100km on the work. Before change, my car need 45+min how oil temperature was on 100°C After change in my country have -2°C and my car warm up on 100°C for 15min (20min). I have fault on idrive drivetrain (possible to conutionue journey) Car have not problem with output power, going normally. I checked with diagnostic tool and have 2 fault for dpf (244800 and 244900). Car have now 295XXX km. In attachment I was read value from dpf using bimmerlink. Can you tell me normal level for oil ash and soot mas. Coolant temperature is over 90°C (95 on me) Do you think I have problem with fast warming coolant for clogged dpf? Please help me guys. Thank you! Best regards from Croatia. Marin |

0x244800 Info - particle filter system: limited rest mileage of particle filter
0x244900 particle filter system: max mileage exceeded These are information codes based on your kilometer count. You can have your DPF washed/flushed out and then register as replaced. The differential pressure is very low, I don't think you have any problems with clogging. It sounds like your thermostat change was useful. 15 minutes to full warm oil is expected at -2 C.

If it becomes warm faster the better as long as it doesn't overheat! Hvala |

21mbar is a little too much for idling. I recommend cleaning the particle filter, but overheating is not due to the particle filter. Is the car's engine control unit standard? I mean is it optimized / tuned? Is the cooling system clean? |

Cooling system with pump, thermostat and coolant replaced with new. Maybe you didn't understand. When I start the engine, engine quickly warms up to 100 degree for oil (example -5°C morning, for 15 km to 100°C). After that the car going normally without overheating. Which is problem with quickly warms. Coolant temperature 95°C is normally? Before change Wp and th never I did not have problem with that |
