Some rear arch damage after losing a fight with a concrete post in very tight work underground car park

Luckily was already covered in a rubber/plastic cover which has minimised scratches, need to get it popped out, hoping it's that simple.

Any recommendations in the East Sussex area?

I've used Dent Magician (Small Dole, Nr Henfield), to remove a drivers door dent courtesy of some idiot. Good job. Was a few years ago though.
