For NBT it is Gracenote-DB_for_NBT_NBT-EVO_03-2016_North_America. There is no BMW website to check.

Can I get a link to this too? Mine is outdated.

Edit: Updated from 02/13 version to 01/16 for North America NBT. It took 40 minutes by DVD. Works well from what I can tell!
