That's seems to be true of all engineering jobs. Having an engineering degree is not all its cracked up to be. Pay is ok but is the stress worth it?

Best wishes on your dental school application! I've been teaching dental students for the past 40 years - just received my "gold" watch plus some change. I was hoping maybe for an M3, haha! Bought my first bimmer when just out of dental school, a slightly used 1977 320i, happy memories. Have been a Bimmerphil ever since then.

Mech engineer in the renewables sector.
Funny how the f30 section is predominantly composed of technical/engineering backgrounds (so far at least). Wonder if that is due to our natural tendency to geek out on forums or just the salary range that allows an f30. Would be interesting to know how the member background changes as you move to the f80 or other forum sections....uh oh I've done it again...#nerdout |

Yup, great school - message me if you have any application questions. Which schools are you applying to? GC is my wife's daily driver but I get to enjoy it on the weekends. My dd is a 2003 325i and glad to say still doing well, just some creaking like my joints!

^that (high tech/engineering share) tends to be true on most car forums that I've been on. I'm noticing more doctors on the Bimmer forums vs the Audi scene.

I'm an IT system engineer for a large hospital here in California. Basically I set up disaster recovery for their computer systems. Stressful job, but pays the billz. I've always wanted to be a famous DJ, and make the big bucks like the top 5%. Still practicing... I play for booze, at friends and families.
