Same here '14 335i xdrive 74k miles. What are you looking to replace it with? Spec with smfw?

So I just picked up my 335after installation of the 335is/550 clutch kit along with e90 slave cylinder for the CDV delete. I've only put about 40 miles on it so still in the break-in period but here are my observations so far.

- Clutch engagement is much crisper and the friction point lower. Before I felt like engagement was near the top of clutch pedal travel.
- Clutch pedal is noticeably stiffer but not overly so
- CDV delete is great making clutch engagement more predictable
- The flywheel was in good condition and within spec so didn't need to replace that
- Rear main seal was also in good condition so didn't need to replace that
- I took a look at my old clutch and even with almost 80k on it there was still plenty of friction material on the disk. I had about 5mm of material left before the rivets. The added power from the bm3 stage 2 tune v7.1 was just overpowering the clutch. Without the tune I could have probably gone another 30-40k miles.

Overall I"m very happy with these upgrades. Cant' wait to get it broken in so I can really thrash it. I'll post some stage 2 E30 v7.1 logs once it's broken in.

Looking to replace with a Spec stage 2... looks like it mates with the stock flywheel and doesn’t need a throw out bearing. Still doing the research. I don’t want to replace flywheel if it’s still good, guess I won’t know until mechanic pulls tranny off.

Did stage 2 plus clutch and aluminum flywheel. Fixed the slipping completely, always puts down the power now, in every gear. Only issue now is the 2nd gear synchro. Grinds hard if I don’t let the RPM’s drop down really low before shifting into second.
