Cold starts and the ZF box/clutch

Just seeing if this is a thing. Recently had a ZF & transfer case oil change. However, I’ve noticed on cold mornings the car takes a few min to warm up and shift normally. During these 2 min the shifts with 1/2/3 can be quite jerky. Once warmed up the car shifts fine.

Yes, quite common. If you get issues with shifting when the transmission is at operating temperature this could indicate a problem - these transmissions are complex and I'd always get a pro diagnostics test done rather than going DIY.
