Must say I prefer the slash cut look rather than the rolled in. Also rolled in just seems discolours quicker and can be harder to remove the marks, which you wont get the issue with slash cut..

Me too
That looks the business. Silly question, but is the defuser matt black or similar finish to the std spec and does it come like that out of the box to fit straight on. Apologies if this has been asked before

It's a matt black/gray, i would say it's the same as the standard spec one without the clear coat, at a guess. You have to fit the little mesh bit on which takes two seconds, you can't really see them on the picture but there is mesh in the two outer cut outs. I think there were 6 screws underneath to remove and then it just unclips along the top. Easy job :-) |

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-F30-F3...item5d50c45114 The diffuser was from the same place that is selling the exhaust above: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-F32-M-...item5d4e3b9611 But I didn't pay that for it ;-) |

Thought I would keep to standard and ordered the fitting kit from my local BM dealer.
Basically paid £50 for fitting instruction with template to cut diffuser and a piece of trim that I probably will not fit,not happy!!! Twin m sport exhaust looks worlds better than pea shooter though
