Can anyone recommend a shop in MA that can powder coat and rebuild a set of brembo calipers? I'm in dire need of someone who will treat my brakes with care.

Should just look for a place to powder coat they will have to take apart and they will know what clean it with and everything and you can buy new seals yourself it's very easy to rebuild them.

I hear that but I don't have a compressor or space to store one. Apartment living

I can redo the seals, but currently no way to break the parts down to hand over to powder coating.

Should call around once locals recommend and see if the shop can do it I imagine they will because they have to clean them as well. Place around me charged 175 per front and rear set to completely take apart but not rebuild.
