I've waited decades for someone to list the hammers as some kind of looming threat rather than an easy 3-pointer. Moyes really has turned the corner for the club.

Normal service resumed.
I'm still in shock. Smash and grab!!

Indeed. Looking up that score did not constitute a good start to my Sunday morning over here.

I'm really happy for Brentford and the start you've made.

One evening during Euro 2000, I spent a couple of hours watching games chatting to a Brentford coach at the bar of the Marlborough pub on the A1 in Archway. Often kept an eye on their results since.

Not that much tbh, Cashley bought for £134m, adjusted for inflation thats about £200m in 2021, and he's probably spent more than £100m over 14 years, despite him being a tightarse.

As a fan, I don't really care about the money, I care that Mike Ashley has finally left; the last 14 years have been horrible. (First world problems!)

I am with you - all the fans celebrating as their club is now as rich as a few others, so they can try and buy success like the others. No longer about the best managers getting the best out of players, its who can buy success.

And frankly the human rights issues of Saudi should put them a million miles away from being in charge of a premier league team.

Give me the Vanarama where teams are owned by charities!

To be fair, they were good, but Watford apparently allowed them to be..... Ranieri must be on a slippery slope already!

Surely even Teflon Ole can't survive this now. A thumping like that has been coming for a long time.
