2019 interior color and trim

Ordering a new 340 GT and talking with my dealer. While it is possible to spec the Ash Grain wood trim with Oyster leather on a non-M Sport on BMW's website, apparently this may be a mistake by BMW.

The dealer tried to put the order through but said it was not possible. The Ash Grain wood is available only if you are ordering an M-Sport line - which I do not want.

Has anyone else heard of this issue?

It's not unusual for some trims and paint colors to be only available on MSport. I looked on the configurator and don't see Ash in any tier. Are you looking on BMW or BMW USA?

I do now. I was looking for trim that looks like ash. What they call ash doesn't.
