New member, kind of

Hello,
So I'm new to the forum but I've spoken to a few people in the past few months. I work in Parts at Cooper Reading, the dealership has gained some interest recently on this forum with the MPPSK offer on the 340i and 440i.
Regardless I'm currently in a 435dx F36 which is quite the step up from my previous BMW, an E36 318is... I haven't taken many pictures of the car but below is the picture I used as my 'send off' to the beast.

In short I'm not here to promote or advertise however I'll try and upload some pictures of unique F3x I see at the dealership, M Performance products and provide any info I can. I try and check the forum throughout the day so if you have any questions feel free to pm me
My names Aran, some of the guys who have had MPPSK's fitted have probably seen me at Coopers, if so hello!

Love the iS, i had two Boston Green E36's. First was a '96 1.9 M44 318iS. Probably my favourite BMW i've ever had.

Love that colour.

I was absolutely gutted to see the 318is go. I had it for 6 years but the last year it broke down multiple times on simple things, but they all added up and it became quite unreliable. It had 190k on the clock when I sold it, the M44 engine had just been run in! It's now living life as a track slag, bulletproof.

Pa, that is a modern one, I had an E30 318iS in brilliant red, that was very chuckable (aka tail happy!). Also my first BMW, a company car at the age of 25.....

Yup, had one of those too, it was my second E30 after a year in a 2 door 1990 316i, all my E30s were alpine white. The iS was a fair jump up in performance from the 316.

The E30 was livelier car than the E36 in standard trim, i supercharged the E36 with a Downing Atlanta kit from Torque Developments - that gave it a good kick up the arse.

The E36 still wagged it's tail on demand, but was a way more stable car. The E30, as an inexperienced driver at 21 was pretty bloody lethal, definitely had a few "hang on Betsy" moments in them.
