Will these wheels fit on my new 2013 BMW 328i Xdrive?

5x120 bolt pattern. Great shape. With centercaps. Charcoal in color. Four 235/40/18s are mounted currently. All bald but hold air. 18x8.5. Et40 offset. BMW style42s. Look exactly like bbs lms

those wheels looked pretty banged up to me and you are considering to put them onto your brand new car ?

Spend the $ and get new set.

Hopefully it's for a winter wheel snow setup in which your car would always be dirty anyways. Used banged up rims on your ride will look tacky, and they're 18s too so it will only accentuate their "undersized-ness"
