Explaining deviation in dyno log

Hello BMW fanatics,

I need your help in explaining deviation in the dyno log in the curve with measures intake pressure and wastegate. In the picture the first graphs shows a b48 engine with normal curves in stock mapping the second curve is mine care with shows deviation in the redline wich is not corresponding with the yellow Line (setpoint, third line from above). The tuner
says the problem is air related. The dealers will not help me because when plugging in the computer there are no fault codes so they say everything is fine. Also the deviation is not noticeable when driving so I can not reproduce the problem in real life.

Some specs:
- BMW F30 2017 320i 129.000 KM.
- I am second owner and the first owner was very old so maybe pollution because of slow driving in intake? Solenoid?

What do you guys think. I also had a run with the new mapping with the same deviation.
